| Welcome to the official registration/abstract submission portal for the 24th International Congress of Biometeorology to be held on 13-16 July, 2026 in Novi Sad, Serbia. | 
We invite researchers, academicians, and professionals to register and to submit their abstracts.  | 
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATIONS  | 
Please review the guidelines carefully before submission.  | 
• Abstract submission is free of charge and must be completed online via this platform. However, a registration fee is required (for details check the http://www.dgt.uns.ac.rs/icb2026/ )  | 
| • Registrations and abstracts submission sent by email will not be accepted. | 
| • All abstract submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere. | 
| • All abstracts must be written and, for oral presentations, presented in English. | 
| • The body of the abstract must not exceed 2000 characters with spaces. Submissions that do not meet these requirements will not be allowed by the platform`s system. | 
| • Author names should not be included in the title or body of the abstract, as they must be entered separately in the designated fields during the online submission process. | 
| • Abstracts will be evaluated by Scientific Committee based on their level of innovation, contribution to the field, and overall standard of academic writing. | 
| • To ensure a diverse and comprehensive scientific program, authors can be listed on multiple abstracts. Each participants can submit maximum two abstracts as presenter. Number of co-authors in other abstracts is not limited. | 
| • Abstracts submitted for oral presentation that are not selected may still be considered for a poster presentation. | 
| • The presenting author is required to complete full registration to attend and present at the Congress. | 
| • All communication regarding the submission will be directed to the submitting author, who is responsible for sharing relevant updates with co-authors. | 
| • Authors will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. If you do not receive confirmation within a specified timeframe (max 30 days), contact the support team. |

Before submitting your abstract, please ensure that it meets the criteria mentioned above.  | 
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)  | 
Can I submit multiple abstracts?  | 
| Yes, each author can submit up to two abstracts. In case you submit two abstracts, it is needed to make same submission procedure twicely. | 
Can I edit my submission after submission?  | 
| It is possible only by direct mailing to nsucl@pmf.uns.ac.rs with revised abstract, authors and affiliations (in Word document). | 
Is there abstract submission fee?  | 
| No, but registration fee is required. Details are presented in the Congress circulars. | 
What happens after my abstract is accepted?  | 
| You will receive an acceptance/rejection letter. In case of acceptance the Invitation letter (for visa or Congress funding request) and Instruction for fee payment will be sent to the corresponding mail. | 
What is a maximum allowed number of authors that is accepted by the submission platform?  |
